Cape Crossing is a waterfront “Island” style resort located on Merritt Island, Florida where vacationers and corporate travelers are able to enjoy a fun-filled Florida adventure with all the comforts of home. The resort and marina are situated on a canal connecting the Sykes Creek, Indian River & Banana River!
The resort features 47 island-style townhomes that are fully furnished and professionally decorated. Each has 2 stories, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and garage. The resort centerpiece is a six-story condominium tower with 35 water-view units that are also fully furnished, professionally decorated, and feature 3 or 4 bedrooms.
Cape Crossing Resort & Marina is nestled on a waterway connecting the Indian River and Banana River. Resort guests can explore the Indian River Lagoon, an estuary where the salt water from the Atlantic Ocean mixes with the freshwater of Florida. The lagoon is home to amazing wildlife and is one of the most diverse ecosystems in the northern hemisphere.
At Cape Crossing, we want your vacation to be filled with making great memories that will last a lifetime, that’s why our team goes above and beyond to ensure each guest has everything they need to make their stay enjoyable. Guests who stay at Cape Crossing will leave knowing they will be back time and time again.
Our team is more like a family and we want our guests to feel like they are a part of that family. Many times you will find our team members having conversations with guests as if they have known each other for years because we are that passionate about getting to know our guests to make their stay feel like it was customized just for them.
The community was developed by Tristar Development Partners a company that prides itself on investing in projects that are all-inclusive in their dedication to green-building, environmental protection and long-term solutions for communities. The Marina Resort Complex of Cape Crossing used to be a long neglected piece of land that held a lot of nostalgia for locals because it was the former home of the historic Tingley RV Park and Marina (a Merritt Island Landmark for more than 50 years). We completely rehabilitated the land to make it a place where both locals and travelers alike can bring their families to relax, explore, and experience Old-Florida.
