Cape Crossing’s marina has one hundred and forty-five deep water slips and a boat launch to set sail at a moment’s notice. The marina is located on the Canaveral Barge Canal connecting the Indian River and Banana River as well as Port Canaveral and the Atlantic Ocean east of us. Contact us for information on slip availability.
Kayak, paddle board, and pontoon rentals are available for exploring the rivers, canal, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Learn About Our Boat Rentals.
The Indian River Lagoon is home to a wide array of sport and game fish. Popular species include snook, redfish, tarpon and spotted sea trout. The Space Coast area has indeed been called “The Salt Water Trout Capitol of the World.” Drum, sheepshead, catfish and ladyfish also swim the Lagoon system and its estuaries, making game for lighter tackle. Cast nets are likely to nab mullet schooling in shallow waters of the barge canals and close-to-shore fishing spots.
