Cape Crossing’s sprawling, water-view condos will be available in four different floor plans and will be fully furnished and professionally decorated in luxury coastal style. Guests will have the option of choosing a 3-bedroom, 2 bath condos and our suites with 1-bedroom, 1 bath.

Starboard Condo Unit

3-bedroom, 2 baths, has fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with a diagonal water view. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and full private bath. Bedroom #2 and #3 have a queen bed and share a full bath. The sectional converts into a queen bed for a maximum of 8 people per unit. Washer/dryer located in unit.

Waterfront Stateroom Condo Unit

3-bedroom, 2 baths, has fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with a direct water view. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and full private bath. Bedroom #2 and #3 have a queen bed and share a full bath. The sectional converts into a queen bed for a maximum of 8 people per unit. Washer/dryer located in unit.

Officer’s Stateroom Condo Unit

3-bedroom, 2 baths, has fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with a direct water view. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and full private bath. Bedroom #2 has a king bed and shares a full bath with bedroom #3 which has a queen bed. The sectional converts into a queen bed for a maximum of 8 people per unit. Washer /dryer located in unit.

Portside Suite Condo Unit

1-bedroom, 1 bath with apartment sized kitchen and balcony with a diagonal water view. This unit has a king bed and full bath and great for a short stay with 2 people maximum per unit. (Note, this unit does not have a washer/dryer).

Larger family?

Ask one of our staff about renting one of our Officer’s Stateroom with an adjoining Portside Suite to create a 4-bedroom, 3 bath unit which can sleep up to 10 people. Based on availability.

Starboard Elite, Waterfront Stateroom Elite, Portside Suite Elite and Captain’s Stateroom Units are the same as above but are all located on the 2 top floors of, the condo building. Giving the best views of our waterway, sunrises, sunsets and rocket launches.
