There are many ways to enjoy the waterfront lifestyle at Cape Crossing, that’s why we think you’ll love it as much as we do.Fish “The Salt Water Trout Capitol of the World.”Zip across the Indian River Lagoon and fish the flats on the Banana River.

World Famous Indian River Lagoon.

The Indian River Lagoon is one of the most diverse ecosystems in the Western Hemisphere. What better way to spend the day than on the beautiful waters of the Indian River.

Fishing like nowhere else.

The Indian River Lagoon is home to a wide array of sport and game fish. Popular species include snook, redfish, tarpon and spotted sea trout. The Space Coast area has indeed been called “The Salt Water Trout Capitol of the World.” Drum, sheepshead, catfish and ladyfish also swim the Lagoon system and its estuaries, making game for lighter tackle. Cast nets are likely to nab mullet schooling in shallow waters of the barge canals and close-to-shore fishing spots.
